While this won’t hurt anything, the custom blend is working on several facets that are unique to your herbal consultation. So it likely won’t be as targeted. Also, herbs in tea bags that are boxed and come from a grocery store have likely been sitting around longer between the manufacturing and distribution process, so likely the quality of the herbs won’t be as high. Again, this won’t hurt and there’s nothing wrong with store bought herbal tea. I drink it myself at times. However, when trying to address something specific, custom formulation is the way to go.
